These are from Friday 3/27, they were Fantastics! But after the crowd Saturday and rain Sunday and more rain coming, I wouldn't expect anything left. We'll see Sunday......................unless it snows somwhere Saturday night further north..............................

I skiied the North Face yesterday (trip report to come later), and could see Epiphany from the lift. Still seemed like enough snow to be skiable, but I didn't try it, so I can only judge by what I saw from the lift. I was having too much fun in the bumps on Chute, PDF, and Jaws.

The 7PM "looking across the street" look at Mount Snow reveals, well not alot as the cloud/fog level is down low and pretty thick :( It was atleast fog free when I got here around 6, but the cloud level was down to maybe 400 vertical feet from the base. The naturals might have some limited potential with most likely some grass/mud skiing to link the patches. The "classic" snowmaking trails generally speaking have some barespots, but looked easily skiable, and the "premium" fangun trails looked to have solid edge to edge coverage(okay far skiers/riders right of Snowdance well over 50 yards from the fanguns had some thin/bare spots). Temp now is roughly 45 degrees with drizzle :(

I'd post a pic I took, but with the cloud/fog layer, the only real thing clear in the pic is a couple of chimneys from the row of townhouse 1 level down from mine

BTW, the ride up this afternoon was UGLY! I-91 from the Mass Pike where I get on upto Greenfield, was moderate/heavy ra$n with lots of road spray the whole way.

They're calling for rain and snow showers today. I think the big news will be the wind; gusts up to 40mph.

Have a beer for me! We're heading up today, but we'll be skiing tomorrow. At least there's a chance for a little snow later this afternoon/evening.

Big flakes started to fly around 6:50 this morning. The wind seems to have died down substantially from last night Who knows what the summit will look like.

And yes DrJeff, I agree about the drive up 91 yesterday. I had my windshield wipers on high for most of the ride. And I still couldn't see at times.

In a quick review of the winds, maybe they haven't died down. But it doesn't feel like the roof is coming off the house any time soon now.
