It was a very good year!
Comes in a little over weight but it was one hell of a season! I love the ode to Hot Dog ending.

After April 24th I kept telling myself I'd get back out again. We had a couple of dates picked out for Great Gulf via Auto Rd but they never worked out. So the season ends............

Safe
that was awesome! looking forward to part II, which i assume will include Maple Valley.

The hill in Collinsville, Sweetheart Hill, that looked pretty steep in spots.

Sweetheart Hill was no joke. Don't have much more from Maple Valley since I skied it by myself.
Pray for more snow next season!

A quick nod to Hot Dog the Movie in the end.

Why is it the MTB and Hiking forum participants don't go through withdrawal as badly as skiers and boarders? They also seem to be far too serious....

because you can hike and mountain bike during the winter..but we can't ski in the summer..at least in the Northeast..save for a patch on Mount Washington..

Count Down to Winter Starts June 21st 1:45AM

Thanks for the stoke! Now, I'm all fired up with no place to ski. I think I'll be skiing a few NELSAP places next year. Thanks for the inspiration.

Cool songs btw.

In the Northern Hemisphere summers solstice begins on June 21, 2009 at 1:45 A.M. EDT

I was told on a bike ride last night that some friends of a friend have a ski party on the Summers Solstice because it marks the countdown to winter!!
