good ride. regular cast of characters, mark bart zach and myself. quiet ride considering the amount of cars parked there. We didn't see one person, yet there was almost no extra spaces. wierd.

trails were dry, features were in good shape, the bugs were out in full force.

started the ride kind of slow. first time out on the squishy bike for the past few weeks. its a wierd conversion. where does all that pedal power go? haha

after the initial climbing, the rest of the ride went really well. fun stuff. fast with some jumps. good times.

i ran into some derailer issues early on due to a broken chain from a trip to Creek. It was so short it prevented it from shifting into higher gears. When i wasnt paying attention and pushed it into 3 2 or 1 it'd bind up and clog up my drive train. so, i did the whole ride in 4th. (i dont have a granny gear up front)

mark and zach trained down storm chaser and i filmed for them. tehn we hit up rowdy dudey and we all got shots on flight sim. i love that thing. super smooth.

then we rode back up the road towards missing link, blasted that really quick and road out down bob sled. the new berms are holding up nicely. you can really crank into that first down section.

that went pretty well i guess.

then, beers. good stuff.
