Heard that on NHPR on my way to Gunstock. I was checking their snow all day to be sure it was "clean." Happy to say it was OK.

This is and old process that is slowly catching on. Carrabassett Valley, Me. was one on the earlier areas to utilize "SNOWFLUENT" as a purifying process for grey water. It's actually not a bad dea for areas expanding fatser than their britches. do a search for "snowfluent" in google.

Nope. It was proposed and created a really funny bumper sticker in the 80's but Killington never followed through and piped grey water into their snowmaking system.
