Lower Downspout, Lower Jester, Gondolier, Castlerock Runout, etc. Bush has the worst run out ever. Jay isn't much better, but I can at least tolerate Kokamo/Lower Ullr's at Jay to a certain extent. Lincoln Peak run out is just brutal. The Snowdon intersection previously mentioned at Killington is amongst the worst intersections I have seen in all of New England that I have skied. Carnage. Grand Junction at Loon is pretty bad too.
.

Riv,how could you leave out the worst cut trail in NE?Profile at Cannon.

Eh. I don't "hate" Profile. I just never ski it. There are certainly many other wide monstrosities throughout New England. Liftline at Stowe actually comes to mind as the worst butcher job of widening a trail with a lift line. Profile is particularly brutal due to the wind though. Just extremely poor planning and design. Who thought up that trail any ways :spin: :spin: :spin: He he he

I would nominate double dipper at kmart as the biggest under-lift overly-wide monstrosity in new england.

I may be showing my youth but when did profile get widened? prior to the lift install? Early 90's?

Thats the thing, profile was a big piece of woods with a couple t-bars running up it until 92 I think. They could have cut two upper cannon type trails and left the t-bars in. profile sucks, I'm not a big fan of the middle of the mountain after peabody was replaced. Thank god peabody was replaced though.

My nomination is Grand Junction @ loon. Also cluster@##@ corner @ Sunday River.

Cluster@##@corner is just an accident waiting to happen. Any time I have been through it this year there have benn several patrollers trying to control traffic.

Okay, enlighten me ... which spot at SR is cluster**** corner? I have a guess (a place where I had a collision), do you mean at the bottom of Double Dipper, where people coming out of the park would try to cut left to the lift that they removed this past summer, and people coming down on DD or from North Peak would try to get over to the South Ridge base, and kaboom!

I've always called it Malfunction Junction. Cluster fuchtabulous.

I'm not a fan of Risky Business...the middle section (from lazy river and down) looks like an ant farm even on days that aren't too busy.

Lollapalooza is another on my "do not ski" list...nickname for it is "lots of lolly-gagging loosers" I don't think I've skied it in a decade...easy trail to avoid...but Malfunction Junction and lower Risky are pretty unavoidable.
