Yes sunday river is open... but I and craving the cold... I want to see other resorts blowing snow.. I want to only drive an hour or two... Not 3 hours unless they are operating on more then a trail or two! I want winter now!

I was just going to start a "November is Here" thread. Soon. I'm jonesing a bit, but not dying. It'll be here before you know it. It's gonna cool off this week, and stay pretty cool for the near future. I think we'll see some more snow making by midweek.

Hmmm let's see...

K-Mart is blowing snow beginning tomorrow. That means with the rest of the week night time temps at or below freezing, they could conceivably open by sunday... Though I have to teach sundays, which means, unless i skip teaching, the earliest I could go is next wednesday... That is... if they remain open all week...

Or I could go to sunday river on saturday.

^ Go to Sunday River on Saturday. I was there last Saturday and T2 from top to midstation was pretty good. I yoyo-ed that trail and it skied pretty well. Lower Sunday Punch was toast at the end of the day. With snowmaking temps returning this week, the River can only get better.
