One wonders why the website is bodynbobsleds.com. bodinebobsleds.com redirects there. Interesting.

Can the sled turn right?

I didn't think you were dimwitted enough to wonder about a spelling mistake by someone who hails from a place like Cornelius, South Carolina.

Wow....you must get one of those 24hr. Pay-per-View packages.

I didn't think network Olympic coverage extended past Figure Skating and a slew of "Human Interest Stories"

You gotta stay up pretty late to watch curling.. It's on at like... 4:AM...

I hear it's fun to play and involves drinking afterwords...

But ONLY afterwards; cause you know it looks pretty dangerous.

Wouldn't want some drunk curler to fling that stone at someone's head.

Did it

Finally made it back to Lake Placid and hopped a ride on the 4-man bobsled with my daughter, a driver and a brakeman. What a rush. 55mpg, 45 seconds. serious G's. Heavily padded helmet, lots of (head) banging around. Makes the roller coaster look like baby stuff. The waiver we had to sign was incredible.

I'd go again in a heartbeat.

After that, it was time for a wee bit of jumping. For all that waiver stuff on the Bob, they took us to the top (35 stories) and left us to wander alone, all over the superstructure, outside and in. We could have done anything as stupid as we wanted. As it was, my daughter was scared out of her mind, when we walked outside on the catwalk, and could look straght down to the ground, 350 feet. It was way cool to sit where our ski flying friends start from. Gives new meaning to "getting air."

Stumbled into a B/B and had breakfast with an Olympic Freestyle team member and two kids from the development team. They were practicing backflips all week into the 17 foot deep swimming pool - fully geared, skis and all.

Very cool, but not cold 'nuff...
