If you want another pair of legend 8000, I would wait till the end of the season or another year. imo 299 for slightly use demos might be too much

not at all. slightly used 8000s for $300 is a fine deal, especially if slightly used means no base damage. these skis regularly sell for 500 brand new flat, $300 slightly used with bindings is a bargain.

devo, don't take no crap from the lady next time. she probably enjoys spending money on her things just as much as you enjoy spending money on your things. unless you guys are having a hard time making ends meet, treating yourself occasionally to some gear is par for the course in being a skier.

My godfather has Dynastar SkiCross 10s, Contact 11s, and Course 67s. Basically three versions of the same ski.
