Great game by them, and also a great effort by Garrard and the Jags. Brady, absolutely ridiculous, 26-28 with the only 2 incompletions being easily catchable balls to Faulk and Welker. Also, an awesome crowd at the stadium too! The fair weather fans are gone and just about everyone arrived early and stayed until the end of the game tonight (made route 1 traffic a little worse than normal though ;) )

Can't wait for next week now, and I have a strong hunch that Peyton and the Colts will be coming to town since the Chargers are without Antonio Gates.

Hmm.... seems like a trend for the past couple of games. Red zone defense was poor in the first half, made the adjustments and only gave up FGs in the second.

I accepted the fact that this season's defense does not dominate as in the past. Now they have to play "bend and don't break". If M Harrsion is back to form, it will be another close game.

Let me retract my last sentence! Definately didn't see that one coming! The Colts just didn't look like the Colts for the ENTIRE game. Way too many errors, and even a call or two by the refs argueably in their favor could let them finish the deal! Bring on LT and his pout face and Rivers and his semi side arm/shot put style delivery into Foxboro next Sunday!

The other half is a huge Cowboys fan...don't ask me how as he grew up in VT...and his quote of the day is "f*****g Patriots" LOL. I think he's just jealous. Besides, Tony Romo has nothing on Tom Brady in the looks dept ;) .

If they even play...which I'm sure they will. The question is how healthy will they be? I was surprised to see Billy Volek in there for the rest of the game. Michael Turner is a more than formidable backup though. It was so nice the see the Colts go down but SD is there for a reason. They're a heck of a team, esp on defense.

The Patirot offense was a thing of beauty last night...wow. The D has some work to do. It seems that they normally get it somewhat right in the second half. To the Jags credit, Gerrard was putting the ball right on the money even with defenders in his face. He played out of his mind which is tough for any defense. Whatever the case..GO PATS!!
