Last race of the season for us Monday night, wasn't too bad, although we had 3 no-shows due to the weather and other stuff, so that kinda hurt us!

Snow was weird from all the rain we had previously in the day, about 3" of "Hero-ish" snow that liked to grab you and toss your skis around.

First run for me wasn't too bad on the yellow course, was actually able to manage a few tele-carves, then had to paramark the rest of the way cause I dumped so much speed on top+ I had the wrong wax for the snow temps, so that slowed me down a ton.

Second run on green was similar, so I was pretty happy with that.

Managed to end the race series w/ no crashes, next year i'll try harder.

Overall, we finished 7th for the season, not bad considering we only had a full team a couple of nights!

Had a blast guys and gal, thanks, and can't wait till next season!

O, KM beat Roark by a fraction of a second...

Good to see at least 4 people there. Nice job KM and roark (making first page) and solid job by djspookman despite trying not to crash.

One of my worst nights (two from the bottom of those who were there) but I think I was not prepared (physically or mentally) for the soft snow. Had a few times where skis were going in different directions and I wasn't willing to follow the ruts, so just staying on the course and getting a time was tough. Hope to do better once I learn to carve instead of skid...

One other thing I have to remember is to not free ski behind djspookman with his twin tips, especially in the slush...

Thanks to the team for the opportunity and I hope to see you next season!

yah Hammer, that snow was tough, better than ice, but tough. Good job this season!!!

I'll get my race sticks tuned for next season so I don't have to make the people free-skiing behind me eat my snow-shooters!
