Hmmm. Looking better...
Anymore info on that?
We've done that tour and got 2 free tickets. They pick you up at your resort (we were staying at Grand Timber Lodge) and take you through a couple units, restaurant, gym/pool, etc... Saw 3 moose run across their property when we were there so that was cool. They act like your best friends until you shoot down buying a quarter share. Beautiful place, but ridiculously expensive! Then the original sales person disappears and they bring in another person to try to pressure you to get a loan. They tell you if you leave now you will never get the loan rate they are offering. They then offer you a lower lodging rate to stay at one of their other properties for a week (like Grand Timber) and you will still be able to get the loan rate. I just kept saying 'No Thanks' My wife was laughing. They kept at it for about 20 minutes. The original sales lady then drove us back to our lodge and could care less about us anymore and didn't say anything. It was still worth the 2 tickets. You just say No to everything. Takes about 1 hour total from when she picked us up...

That is my plan. I have been practicing by saying no to everything my kids want.

Looking at the map the lift served stuff looks similar to peak seven which is geared to lower intermediates. A short hike gets you to the good stuff. Either way more acres will spread out the masses and more easy access hike to terrain will do the same for the diehards.

Nice that the intermediates can get that high up now. Anyone know how long the hike will be?

I noticed that too, it seems like Breck has been kind of advertising it as an intermediate bowl as well, to draw more skiers

Not sure since they haven't even finished the top of the lift yet :)

But if the map is somewhat to scale, going off the distance from the top of the imperial express to the summit, I'd say it's in the ballpark of 100-125 vertical feet
