Anyone know what happenened with the trail count today? Woke up and they reported 35/38, got to mountain and trail report was 20/38, same as before the 12" the other day.

Web site is still showing 35/38, totally NOT reflecting the reality on the mountain! Looks like they didn't bother to update the web site!!!

So how is it on the mountain?

Really? Wow, that's piss poor. Platty is usually a VERY honest mountain, so i don't know what's up.
So far, I've only skied the triple side as I'm with the gf (advanced beginner), but everything open is skiing pretty well, conditions are decent. A soon as i finish my last IPA and leave the warm comfort of the bar I'll check out the double

Conditions are fine though, don't let it stop you from coming up if you were planning on it tomorrow. A bit disappointed to here about the potential dishonesty though.

Interesting development. New report issued at noon has trail count back up top 35/38. Blockbustet is a hoot right now!

Decided to ski Platt Sunday..might as well get it while its somewhat good...

Good luck with price chopper,.if no good you can check out potterbrothers for discount tickets. Snow changes all day, buy definitely better then most of this season. Natural snow is good but some stems sticking out. Rock skis maybe for those. Will be back tomorrow for more, snow expected today hope it falls on the way for great BBQ place Onettta.

Great day at platty my first time. I really enjoyed the vibe here and gotta thank Scotty and Bob for showing me the ropes great skiing with you guys.

Wife really advanced here as she comfortably was doing blues there. Great snow that held up almost all day and some deep snow on some trails

Also, was tied driving and missed my normal turn - took me into a little town called Martinsville, which had a motel and an inn above a bar. Can't imagine either are expensive, and only about maybe 12 minutes from Platty.

Great to meet you and your wife, now that you been been to Platty you will get plattekill addicted. Your good very good skier. I probably be at Elk next soon. Hope we alll can make a another A zoners meet up. Brooks BBQ was horrible do not het BBQ chicken rare roast beefy, spate ribs horrid bread, for less then $10. And salad. Bbq place was as good as food after lPlatty and Mary Jane paid a visit to.:beer::beer::beer::beer::beer::beer::beer:

I thought the snow was pretty good. Sad that they groomed most places, but iunderstand. Blockbuster and Shredded Motz were a lot o
Don't know what to think about tomorrow. I think the fog was really eating snow todHay. Hopefully they can pick up a few inches tonight, but that's a longshot.

Unfortunately no but I think there system just needs to update. May work by tomorrow. I also didn't stick around long enough to find out I didn't want to miss ski time.

Today was rocking!! Hereo snow all over. The natural snow trails, (namely Twist and Ridge) were great and nice to finally ski them again after about 4 weeks of not having enough snow. The snow was soft and edgeable all day. Block had hero snow and my little one skied it for the first time top to bottom 2x!! It is not supposed to get too cold tonight, so even if we don't see any new snow, the snow should stay pretty good for tomorrow. Still need another storm or two to really get kicking.

I think I saw you Scotty, while I was on the double but never saw you at the top or bottom of the lift. Sorry you didn't like Brooks, they come and cater the big BBQ fundraiser every year at the mountain and it is Delicious with a capital D. Maybe we'll hook up for a run tomorrow at some point.

Hi sorry I missed you. Today wa s best day at Platty this year for me. Good good snow. Hope to meet tomorrow,.I have red pants on. Hope no dam fog tomorrow. Food at Brooks was delicious, I was just messing around. Nice to hear your young ones are like their dad.

Didn't ski Ridge or Twist today. Will have to check those out tomorrow. Agree Blockbuster was a blast. Not too often you can do Mach on that trail!
