no lie, you'd have to straightline any trail there if there was more then 6 inches of powder. Its just that flat.

I was up there about a year or so ago and there are no trespassing signs all over the place.

i know the terrain (used to live 20 min from there) I have alot of 500' vert racked up there!

sorry just thought i'd warn you about the INSANE TERRAIIINN. man i used to love those radio ads they ran.

if you do it, be sure to post a report. i'd be curious even for just the nostalgia factor. I must've skied there 50 times in middle school and even a bit into high school.

My feeling is if Middlefield, CT got enough snow to warrant hiking the Ridge, there are probably other places you'd be better off skiing.
