Who skied powder today? Bretton Woods had a foot and a half over almost the entire mountain. Best skiing in my life. So freaking tired right now.

Black had 4" of new last night for great night skiing and Sugarloaf had 6" today for early powder turns.

BW only reported 6". Foot and a half seems a bit like a fish tale considering the official report. Cannon reported 10-11" but it skied more like 8" after the wind got to it. Sensation day, skied bell to bell for the first time this year with untracked on every run, nutty day and surprise powder day for much of the White Mountains.

well depending on where you skied on the mountain there was more but I have been known to tell a good tale :-D It certainly was more than 6 inches though. I'm 6'4 and it was well up my leg And over my boot.

I am 6'1" and skied similar, great day for sure!!! Hey, why not add a few inches to really rub it in for those who weren't there (given the ski on lifts, probably most people).

I think Loon misplaced the 8" of snow from the storm. I couldn’t find it anywhere. Other than that conditions were pretty good.

then i release my A+ math calculations were tainted because I did not account for non-groomed snow that has fallen of the past few weeks. Any how glad lots of people enjoyed the great day.

Jeesh Riv I missed you at Cannon.I did see your report and it was pretty accurate but did you ski inbounds at Pauly's?I swear there was good foot plus that must have blown in.My house in Mittersill only seemed to have 5 inches so I was very surprized.Great pics.Sunday was the day though.

Mount Snow had plenty of powder on Saturday. They reported only 8 inches on Friday but I swear the Northface had a foot plus. This weekend was one of the best of the season.

SIK, I was going to stop into the lodge and see if you were around, but I barely got there in time for first chair and there was no time to waste, if you know what I mean. Not counting traveling to other destinations, I think I only took three on map runs all day and never skied the Front Five.

Sunday was nice but Saturday was the powder day. I know there were tons of sloppy seconds left over for Saturday... but I will take a cold and windy powder day over a comfortable blue bird sloppy seconds day always. It was a sensational weekend all around.

Yup. The trail edges were lots of fun. Byt he time we got out there (11) the North Face was scrapie, but still good. Good day, over all (though I did almost die sitting on my sister-in-law's snowboard to sled down to Lot E. I stopped with one foot hanging over the edge of the 15 foot drop to the lot. I looked up, and my borther-in-law, who did the same thing, had one cheek over the edge. That would not have been fun. Funny, but not fun).
