Does anyone else here scuba dive? I just got my open water last weekend. Just throwing the idea out there to see what kind of community we got.

I'm a semi-retired PADI Master SCUBA Diver Trainer. Unfortunately, I haven't logged a dive since March of '04 at Mona Island between Puerto Rico and the DR. I probably have over 200 logged dives in Narragansett, Block Island, Cape Ann and the south shore of L.I. Also a few hundred in the Bahamas, Caymans, P.R., Honduras and Mexico. I have (and used to certify others in) specialty certs in Wreck, Deep, Navigation, Nitrox and, Photography. Um, and some others which I can't remember. Keep it up, its a hell of a fun past-time. Once the tyke turns 10, we're getting her certified and hopefully will get back in the water some more. I'd love to get back to teaching, but it started to cost more than I could earn. So, I'm content to just be a plain 'ol Master Diver again.

Diving is nice in warm water

I enjoy diving once in a while (when I can squeeze it in my schedule).
But, I do admit, I have only done it where a wet suit is not required... :)
My last dives were in Australia, on the Great Barrier Reef in somewhat murky
conditions back in March of 06. Spectacular, nevertheless!
