I hate the start of a new season because all my shows get moved around. I'm supposed to be able to flip between Good Eats, Futurama, and Dirty Jobs at 11, then Family Guy at 11.20. Last night it changed to Iron Chef, Futurama, and something stupid at 11. And then Scrubs at 12.30, but that's way past my bed time.

Lost starts Oct. 4. Just finished watching Season 2 on DVD from Netflix.

Anyone else Lost?

We're trying to catch up watching old episodes on DVD. The problem is that we haven't even finished season 1 yet!

Might be tough, then. I wouldn't advise starting 3 until you get 2 finished.

Of course, you can do the Cliffs Notes version and read the plot synopsis on Wiki. Lost even has its own Wiki. I've been using it to catch up on the online stuff "The Lost Experience" to get more backstory.

Easier when watching on DVD, less of a commitment to make. This season will be the first time the wife and I watch it "live." They're going to show 7 episodes, them take a break until Feb, when they show the final 13. That's a recipe for losing interest if I ever saw one....

Grey's Anatomy season premier was last Thrusday (they moved it from Sundays at 10 to Thrusdays at 9). It's my guilty pleasure. Me and my friends used to hang out at at my buddy's house every Sunday and watch football all afternoon and then watch Grey's at night. Getting in touch with our feminine sides I guess.

I saw all of 2 last year when it originally aired. I'm just trying to get a refresher.

They haven't played it straight through for a season yet. Last year they even started throwing re-runs in there, which really makes me lose interest.

Yeah, I'd rather just run the 7 weeks, then nothing until they start the second set. Re-runs have a way of killing a series, take away from the anticipation.

I watched the Season 2 re-cap last night, was a pretty good re-fresher.

So, what do you think? Who is "He" that the others refer to? What is their deal? Obviously, the ragged clothes bit is a cover, are they DHARMA leftovers? Are they researching DHARMA? Are Walt and Michael really headed for safety? (Harold Perrineu's contract was not re-newed, I don't know about Malcolm David Kelley's)

I have never missed a eposode of lost since day 2 that it came out. I love that show. It leaves you hanging every episode so you can't help but keep cuming back!
