This site has been around for many years, but they've added quite a few new photos/ski areas since I first saw it:

http://www.skypic.com/ski.htm

It takes a while to load, but it's worth it. Not high res imagery, but some cool angles.

They do nice work with their non ski area shots too! I've used some of their pics as gifts for multiple relatives over the years. Their studio is near the Cape on Route 6 a couple of miles before you get to the Bourne Bridge.

Here is another site with aerial shots of NH ski areas: www.aerialphotonh.com Last summer they had an aerial photo of a helicopter unloading concrete for a tower on Loon Mountain's Tote Rd. quad. I can't find it now.

Two things holding me back from doing that:

We're on a well.

My air compressor would probably melt since it's not rated for continuous duty.

Awesome setup though!

It's a home built system! Regardless, there's plenty of pictures and information about my setup over at http://www.snowguns.com.

So, do your neighbors think your weird?

From the pictures, your yard looks fairly flat to do any skiing /' sledding type activity. Do you mainly make snow for the aesthetic value and for kids to build snowmen / have snow ball fights?

Cool site, but they need to break it up a bit so it doesn't take so damn long to load...

Agreed. I actually think the thumbnails are the full size images just scaled down.

I thought that too, but they're not, at least not the couple I checked out. They have thumbnail images, but they're still setting the sizes using the HTML tags.

I would think the neighbors would be pissed

Not at all! Believe it or not most of my neighbors are accustomed to this hobby of mine and routinely stop by while I'm making snow just out of shear curiosity. Regardless, they all still think I'm a little nutty but, aren't we all in our own special way. 8)
