Say it isn't so! There's plenty of lift serviced skiing left!

That's True! But some ski areas tend to run out of skiers around the end of March and close to cut their loses. An example is Elk Mountain in Northeast PA - they tend to usually close at the end of March most every year because of low skier counts - even though they have plenty of machine made base left on the main trails.
