The Mountain Lodge Condo at Okemo changed the meaning of "ski-in, ski-out" for my family.
I stayed at a first-floor unit there, and it turned out that its porch directly lead to a slope!
I booked a first-floor unit at a premium in order to minimize hauling heavy luggage/equipments/kids/firewood through stairs and had no idea that I would be sleeping next to a ski slope.
Many other first-floor units at other condo complexes at Okemo also seemed to have this type of true ski-in/ski-out luxury.
I had stayed at various other "ski-in, ski-out" condos before, but it usually meant that the slopes were within walking distnace, not next to your porch.

The experience completely spoiled my wife.
She loved the ease with which she could come back home, get out of her ski clothes, drink coffee, even take a bath, and (not always) hit the slopes again!
Now she wants to book a true ski-in/ski-out resort at Sunday River for our next ski trip.

Is there one at Sunday River?
My brief examination of the google satellite view tells me that none of the condos at SR affords you ski-in/ski-out access from your porch.
If not, which condo would provide the next best ski-in/ski-out access at SR?

True Ski-in/out is when you open the door (or backdoor) with your snowboard (ski) on and you can easily without effort ride to the closest lift. The rest (including at the base) is just ski-accessible. .

At Sunday River I thought Brookside has what you describe. They are pretty old as I recall, so may be awful. I've stayed in the Cascades and North Peak and neither have what you describe. It's on a side trail, with a common exit from the building. We're renting a Locke Mountain Townhouse later this year, supposedly the nicest condos at Sunday River, depending on the unit, these may have what you are looking for since they are trailside near White Cap.

Saddlback definitely has what you describe. Southbranch condos have this. We stayed in the brand new Mountain Brook townhouses last winter and access was just out the front or back door onto a trail not a slope. Both are condos below the lodge. The year before we stayed in Rock Pond and the ski out was better than the ski in, so not quite what you describe.

Locke Mt. Townhouses or white cap condos-ask for the end unit. Also the north peak condos are pretty close.

None of the condos at Sunday River have ski-in/ski-out from your door at all of the units, but many of the complexes have it in certain wings or particular units. Brookside condos and South Ridge townhouses are probably the only ones that don't have any units like that. It depends on what size unit you are looking for and what area of the resort you prefer to be in. Your best bet would be Cascades, Sunrise, Fall Line and North Peak condos (building 3) for closest access to the trail.

I'm sitting inside my buddy's condo at Brooksite right now (Brookside II). We walk out the front door of the building and across the parking lot (40-50 feet, tops), and we're skiing...

Some of the first floor units have decks that open to the lot, so you could walk in / out through that door I guess...

we always booked the north peak condos with the kids, seemed to be the best for SR.just a walk out the door and you were on the slope and you could ski to the door for lunch. Bld#3 was the best and I think the outdoor pool is next to #3 too
