In Nashua the manager, Jared is excellent. Not sure of others who work there...

When the Burlington, MA store was in business, they had one of the best shop techs in New England. But that was a long time ago.

I tried to buy a pair of boots from them about 3 years ago, the one in Brookline/Boston and almost broke out in laughter from how clueless the guy was. I strung him along for a bit, trying on different pairs of boots, seeing if he would tell me whatever I wanted to hear, which he naturally did. It was awful.

And if noone skis anymore, that Ski Market must be doing some Greeeeeat business, eh?

I rode with Jared this summer...really cool guy. Doesn't change the fact that I don't really go there for ski stuff though.

i deceided to rent skis there last year so that my buddies wouldnt have to wait for me at the rental counter. so i go, try on a boot and get the skis and im out the door. well, i should have tried on both boots because it turned out that i had 2 right boots (they were the same size so ill give them a little credit.....NOT!!) so it turned out that i had to rent everything at the rental shop at Sunapee. then i bring them back, i told them what had happened, i got a complete refund.

um.....yeah, wicked funny. ahem.....the other funny thing about that was when i brought them back one of the workers looked at the slip to see who gave me this mess and he said "i cant believe he did this again" yeah, apparently i re-lived some other poor souls misfortune.
