Ya noticed that too.

Regarding the story, getting out of control and hitting something is one thing but two people colliding is another. Collisions happen a lot but generally do not end up like this. Not much for details in the story. There are billboards here advertising attorneys for these situations Skilaw.com and VailJustice.com - its a thing.

Yea, saw those billboards in February. Personally find it a little nauseating, but that's our society today.
