Yesterday morning, as the Canadian-air front first came through....temps on the thermometer dipped into upper 20s for a while, think IF they did take honest numbers it was from the hour or two from yesterday morning. Can easily imagine at least the temperature being there for maybe an hour or so, maybe with windchill added.
