BINGO!!!! I think the Boston Ski Show is the closest you're going to get to skiing this weekend. If you do want to ski this weekend, you better make like Lewis and Clark and head west, young man.
Not to sound like a wise-arse, but since your location says NH, I can't resist - have you been outside today, yesterday or at all in the last week? Have you watched the local news's weather segment?

I'm almost glad I have to work this Sunday - I was hoping to start my season this weekend.

I'm mostly over it now and am pretty comfortable with the fact that I probably won't ski until December...

The sad faces don't look like you're comfortable at all... I'm OK with it but not happy at all. I'm still hoping for the next weekend.

Well, yes. The weather has been disturbingly warm and wet, lately, but I was hoping something in Northern VT or Maine might actually open up.

Both the River and the Loaf hope to open by Tuesday-ish.
Well, I'm still sad... Can you be sad and comfortable at the same time??

It was so warm ouside today this is the only thing I can see being opened this weekend.

I think my big ski-related event this weekend will be going over to Wachusett Saturday and picking up my Century Pass, that I bought in September.
