Actually I meant just the snowmaking part. You have no idea what it takes to make snow in total darkness at night. This is not to say grooming a night is not dangerous.

for some reason i recall a similar accident last year, also in the catskills but i can't recall which resort. i don't think it was hunter tho. i looked for the thread but couldn't find it.

This makes the situation worse - very sad day at Hunter I understand.

He was the sole custodian of a 14 year old girl who works part time for the hotel and a 19 year old son.
