Nothing special, dad died in 89, got no kids, so fathers day mean nada to me. Did go to the grave last week, that's an 80 mile ride so only do a few times per year. So, tomorrow strawberry pickin, no special plans for Sunday. Probably bike ride and BBQ .

Great news Smitty!

My Dad will come over to spend time with his 3 grandsons...we'll watch my middle son play his last soccer game of the season, then hang out at my house and fish a little, drink a little, and BBQ.

Nice. Little ones are great.

Was going to do a family hike up Buck Mt., but my wife convinced me we'd be pushing the clock to get back in time for my Dad and sister's family to come over for a BBQ. It's suppose to be 90 degrees here on Sunday so definately some swimming.

My oldest son always gets me something ski related, last year was goggles.

Actually he borrowed me and my truck Sunday to get a door at Home Depot, so it was a nice diversion for me and the boy.

The kids are cute, but I'm biased. Lucky for them they have their mom's good looks.

I am going to be working on cleaning out the water system on sunday. We have a comunity well with 12 houses on it. Every spring and fall we drain and clean it and do any necesary repairs. This spring we are installing shutoffs and filters on all the intake lines. I am sure that there will be plenty of beer drinking going on also. It usually turns into a comunity drunk before we are done!

Congats Smitty!!!

I'll probably be hanging out with my new son and my wife. He was born on Wednesday on June 14, 2006 at 11:52 am, weighing in at 7 pounds 3 ounces and measuring 21.5 inches. Baby, Mom and Dad are doing fine, tired, but fine. For those of you that know me, shoot me a PM with your email address and I'll send you some pictures and his name.

I'm correcting Finals Exams, writing Ed Plans (IEP's) and Progress reports and figuring out quarterly and yearly grades. IF if finish, I will be playing in the Community Band's tribute to Fathers.

Andy: My dad passed away in 92. I have no children, so I have no father to celebrate either. I do wish my brothers and my brother-in-law a happy father's day though.

Smitty and Ga2ski, Congrats! Andy...sorry for your loss.

...and to all of you folks...Happy Fathers' Day!

Yesterday was a gala bash @ the house...Daughter's 16th (my youngest), a "post" b-day party for me (last Tues...and Thanks auto-b-day wishes from the AZ computer), and an all out pool party BBQ...and oh yes, "after party" of sorts for #1 son's band playing @ the Paradise Friday Night. There's a link somewhere on this computer to the Bost Phoenix's review. Apparently the Phoenix likes the band (Bang Camaro). It's pretty cool.

It's probably already linked to their "Myspace" site: http://www.myspace.com/bangcamaro

So today...it's party recovery, more pool, more food....chillin with all my kids and their SO's. Quality hang-time.

Unfortunately I am at work after spending the morning with my kids. Unfortunatly they will be a sleep when I get home. I did get a couple of swell presnts. A Princeton Tech impules LED key chain lite lite real brite plus comes with a clip that attatches to the brim of a hat, and a couple of books.
