snowboarding again. It's pretty fun and it's amazing how steep South Ridge is when you change what's on your feet.

I'm sorry I couldn't get over to Northern Lights or do Amex but I did have fun on Dream Maker.

I'm impressed.

I was on the Loon beginner runs on Sunday with my daughter. Fun to watch the learning process start all over again. It still is nice when she skies and we all can go together though.

Finally got up for my first turns of the season. Only skied Saturday but the snow was great. We were getting more trails open. I wound up working more planting poles on newly open trails than I did skiing.

Won't be able to get out as much this season. The wife is pregnant with our second son and she can't really keep up with our current 3 year old. So I'm relegated to just getting up once a month or so. :(

I skied at Killington both Saturday and Sunday. Conditions on the natural trails were better on Saturday and from what I heard they were even better on Friday. Did venture into the trees and found the snow a bit too heavy where it was untracked. I don't have fattie skis so I was sinking a bit. I didn't hit too much but I think we need at least another foot in there. Heading back up for a week of skiing on Christmas night. Might venture to other mountains during that week too just to mix it up.

Didn't make it this weekend and won't be skiing the coming weekend. But will make up for it Christmas week. Taking the whole week off and heading up to VT. For now the plans are Killington and Jay Peak, maybe we'll throw something else into the mix.
