new instrumentation...garmin forerunner 205 I bought for the wife years ago by request...and took back and unboxed yesterday
Lost the signal, but it was low on juice and set to central time for awhile...seemed better after I straightened things out..

Put on my heart monitor and was pleasantly surprised. Peaked at 150 bpm...most of the 2.5 hours was 130-135 bpm while riding. Called mom while out on the trail. My 80 year old dad was out riding yesterday :beer:, trying out his new knee.
