I am a TimeForTuckerman forum member and I like what I have been seeing here. After reading all of the adventures over the weekend I thought I should add some pics from Stowe (as I heard news from there but no pics). Me and my boarding Brit buddy were pleasantly suprized! There was no white stuff and then 3/4 way up the access road:

Nice.... Here is my boarder buddy starting up the slopes. Having not had any turns since Mt. Hood in August we were still suffering from NCP disorder but starting to feel better already:

Just over half way up we were getting some serios stashes for October 22nd

Next was pay off time for the 2 hour hike and was it worth it!

Me further down the mountain. I felt like a pig in s--t :daffy:

I cannot believe I managed to ski from the top all the way to the parking lot. I only had to walk the last 20 yards!!!!! You can see my tracks. What a day:

We then decided to celebrate in the usual manner in a nice bar overlooking a serious piece of apparatus at Darkside to keep the local boarders happy

Hope you like the pics. Thinking of trying Jay next week. The snow forecast looks good but with NE you can never tell. The Mad Brit (and the Brit Boarder)

Hot damn, awesome - I gotta let my buddy know - he's got a condo up there and was thinking of us going for a hike and biking soon "before" the ski season - we're skiing!

not sure if he remembers or not, but i met TheMadBrit and his boarder friend last year in the gulf of slides while hiking main gully in rather suspect climbing conditions. i was razzled by the climbing conditions and clicked in halfway up the gully but they continued on undeterred. cheers, man. nice trip report and welcome.

YO! How are you going riverc0il? You are on nearly as many forums as me  That was a great trip. GOS is one of my favorites. We did carry on but I have to admit that was one day I was close to joining you for a shorter run. The conditions further up were not good. You made the best choice. Look forwards to seeing you again. Let me know if you want to join us on one of our adventures! :-o
