Stratton free lift ticket giveaway

Hey folks,
Just thought I’d duck my head in here and mention that the free lift ticket giveaway ends in 17 days, and we’ve still got nearly half the tickets left.

Not giving you any specific or critical information here about internal operations or decisions being made. Definitely not posting in any kind of official capacity…

I’m just saying.

OK...I'm unofficially saying that I won but never received an e-mail...;-)

I never recieved the e-mail. I hit the resend button atleast five times and made sure I wasn't blocking any junk mail.

I just went to website, I enterred my info and no free ticket. I enterred my old lady's info and she won first try. Now to see if she gets the email and if she does get the email I have to find a reason to go to stratton.

Sorry about that.

Here's the form letter I've sent to anyone telling me they haven't received their redemption email:

Hi There,

Sorry about the trouble you've experienced with your free lift ticket. This problem is typically due to spam blocking features in your email system.

WE CAN RESEND YOUR WINNER NOTIFICATION EMAIL:
However, please follow these instructions BEFORE submitting the request.Otherwise, the re-send may not work properly.

FIXING YOUR SPAM FILTER:
Please check any "spam folders" or "junk folders" your email system may have, and look for our message there. It may simply be waiting for you in a folder other than your Inbox.

Winner notification emails are sent FROM this address: stratton@dja.com.
If you cannot find our message in your Inbox, or any junk or spam folders, please add this address to your "white list" or other spam filter settings your email system may use to allow specific senders, then submit the re-send request as described below.

Often, simply adding an address to your address book will allow that sender to get through your spam filter from that point on.

AFTER FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS ABOVE:
Visit this link:http://www.strattonsnowdays.com/resendEmail.php

Type in the SAME email address you used to enter, and click SUBMIT. You should receive a duplicate notification email within 24 hours.

If you need assistance, your email help system or IT administrators may be able to tell you how to add an address to your list of allowed senders.

If you are unable to resolve the problem, please respond to this message with your full name, and give me an alternate email address and I will attempt to change the address associated with your account and send another winner email.

You can follow up with me as instructed above by emailing spammer-snowdayshelp@usa.net

This address is not obfuscated (don't remove "spammer" or anything from the address).

I've had some luck with Gmail addresses, btw.

My apologies to anyone else who's had this problem. Please follow the instructions above and then email me if necessary -- we WANT you to redeem these things.

Thank you Gabriel for the free ticket and for expanding my vocabulary:

Bingo! Thanks for the freebie! Questions for Gabriel...are there any black out dates associated with the free lift ticket and can the voucher be redeemed at any ticket window?

Gabriel, my wife and I both won free tickets about a month ago, both got the email no problem. Her on the first try, me about 7 or 8. But, I did notice after the fact, buried deep in the fine print, that a free lift ticket can only go to one person, per email address, per household. That per household part bothers me. Is there going to be a problem if we both try to redeem?

It took me about 14 tries. I received the e-mail moments after winning.

Tell them you're just dating or divorced....
What are they gonna do, ask for ID?
