Monkey nuts. If I'm spending over grand on a ski trip, it's going to be somewhere where it's mid winter with nothing less than stellar powder.

I'll actually be skiing there the last weekend of July. Work is sending me out to Portland, so I'm staying the weekend and checking out Timberline.

To say I'm excited would be an understatement. I don't have really high expectations for the conditions, but just getting to make some turns and fool around in the park will be awesome.
