Got there a little later than I planned at around 7. Seems like groomers were out late today, Noreaster was closed when I got to the top, and they finished up with Stinger maybe at 7:30ish. Gunbarrel was decent for my first run down, granular on PP as hit has been the last few times I've gone. Next run was upper Nor'Easter to Temptor. First half of Noreaster bumps are OK at this point, then there are a few that seem like they haven't been skied in at all and are complete ice/manmade crust, then decent after the split. Temptor is in much better shape a few decent lines but still progressing. Need to get a shovel from Jarrod to move a bump here and there. Bottom is a little rough. Should be good Sunday moning.
Did Stinger a few times for the jump. Well built jump, landing wasn't bad even though it was ice. Otherwise skied about the same as Gunny, not even scraped that badly by the park rats. Highlight of the night was my double and a quarter twister. Not a triple where I came up woefully short, but a triple with a binding prerelease halfway through. Surely not as spectacular as an ejection on a daffy, with the ski then hitting you in the knee, but still probably an interesting event to watch.
Should be good skiin' Sunday!
