Got to the institution around 10....Parking lot was filling up quick...All the groomers were in great shape...Packed pow with a few scratchy spots...Noreaster bumps kinda funky, but they blew some nice tacky snow last night on noreaster and temptor...Got the right line on temptor going..still a little gnarly at the top, but from the kicker to the bottom it was awesome!!!! Exhibition bumps were great as well (great for working on technique) a lot of traffic though!! Talked to Jarrod for a while...Got some exciting news about Gunny!!!!! That is all!!

Skied tonight for just under 2 hours, got on the snow just after 8 and skied until close. I had such fun on my Wateas last week that I decided to take them out for a spin again tonight. I couldn't be happier with them so far. First run was down gunny, which was in real nice shape, save for a few slick spots on skier's right. After that I hit up NE to temptor to ex bumps a bunch of times. The surface on the temptor bumps isn't bad for the most part, but the lines are definitely funky. I actually started to carve in a few more turns in the lower section that got obliterated by snow making, the snow down there was nice. The ex bumps are skiing nice and getting somewhat big in spots. The NE bumps have some nice snow, the bumps are kind of roller coastery, but fun. I mixed in 1 more gunny run and a few down stinger throughout the night. Stinger was in good shape, and kind of fun to ski around the features and stuff.

I also tried skiing with a MP3 player for the 1st time tonight. It went well, and I'll be using it again for solo nights. With one ear bud in I could still have conversations on the chair and hear others around me while skiing.
