Enjoy! I'll be there tonight, working my first night shift of the season.

We will dust them up Thursday night. It will be the coldest driest night of the week. Thursday night we are going to do something we have never done before. Make snow on all trails simultaneously. We can't do this with the opening plan because of all the extra guns needed to make a base.

That's pretty awesome Chris! Just make sure the guy assigned to Nor'easter knows to keep moving those guns! They've done a great job so far, from what I've seen.

Now we just need some natural snow!! :snow:

Nice! One helluva start this year. If a weekend snow storm really does happen, you're set up for one epic Christmas week!

Thursday is good... in hindsight it has been kind of marginal the last couple of nights for the preferred dusting...how is Gunny coming along... have the death cookies been skied/groomed in?

Gunny wasn't too bad Sunday morning. I've certainly skied it when it was much trickier.

Gunny is really nice now. It always seems to take a few days after opening to groom out smoothly.

Glad to hear Gunny is in the fine shape we have come to expect. I suspected the cookies would be temporary due to the need to move mountains (literally) the night before it opened... happy to trade a day of death cookies for the base for the bump comp!
