Anyone else ever check out ski areas on TerraServer? It's pretty cool to see resorts from a satellite's perspective. Here's Killington.

For even more fun, use the advanced search function and enter the house number, street and zip code of where you live. It will either pull up your house on your street or the vicinity.

I don't think that is Stowe. This looks more like Stowe to me.

I have used this before, and where it is most handy is to scope out our backcountry lines before you try and go ski them. You can tell what you are getting yourself into before you even leave your house. Definatley a useful resource.

Josh is right. He's got Stowe. CM - that was Smuggs. Here's a view of both; Stowe in the center and Smuggs to the NNW.

Well I enjoyed visiting anytime anyone would post a ski area link, but to try it out on my own? I just didn't think I'd know how to navigate.
