As we approach our 9,000th post, I just want to take a minute and say thank you to all the members here. Obviously, any message board has the potential to degenerate into a immature chat room. I feel we are fortunate that the conversation here has always remained civil, mature, upbeat, and informative without losing the camaraderie that makes a forum interesting and fun to visit. Sure, we have had problems in the past, but I think our overall track record is pretty good. I feel we've truly defined what the AlpineZone Forums are and what they will continue to be. As I've said before, I'm a member first, and the admin second, so thank you all for making this a great place to participate in!

Congratulations, Greg - your site is a valuable resource and a pleasure to read and participate in. AZ has become one of the (if not THE) leading website in the NE region for outdoor enthusiasts, all 4 seasons of the year!

Just wish I could get away from the office and the yard work and go somewhere worthy of a post, but that will be soon.....
