Met Awf170 this morning for my first hike along the Cog rail up Mt Washington. It was just above 0 degrees at the train station so I was eager to get moving and warm. Luckily, there was zero wind while we were there. I was amazed. We hiked up to Jacobs Ladder and took in some killer views. I'm guessing we did it in 1.5 to 2 hrs.

We met a guy there from the T4T forum and he was going to head back down so I skied with him. Austin chose to keep on going up. My legs were pretty fried at that point.

Started skiing down and wiped out right away. Felt like my bindings had clicked in weird. I reset and things improved. The snow was pretty packed in spots but completely edgeable. The farther down we went the more freshies were to be had. Estimating a good 2000 ft of vert. All in all a great day but I am wiped.

Here's a cool pic of the T4T guy hitting a kicker. http://www.flickr.com/photos/57455103@N03/5293921117/
