Bumps, no bumps, 1 lift, 3 lifts. Who cares! It looks like it will be a great weather weekend of lift served skiing/riding and who knows how many more of those we'll have left!

Now feel free to go back to the I'm an internet ski area GM'ing is better than your internet ski GM'ing pissing match :argue:

I'll be skiing with friends Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. And wearing a mini skirt Saturday night. There will at least be some bumps, hopefully a lot. And some people scarred for life. It'll be a good weekend.

Bumps, no bumps

I've left ski areas early b/c they didn't have bumps trails open. Don't see any reason to stop now.

Kton is a 3 hr and the bush is a 4 hr one way trip. Don't know..... but I think my season just ended yesterday due to Greg's kton report :(

BTW, easy for non bump skiing folks to say. You're not the one getting shafted.

Back up the bus there Greg. Just because I don't spend every run seeking out bumps doesn't mean that I don't enjoy them, especially this time of year! I just choose to sample a wide variety of terrain when I'm on the hill, rather than dial in on 1 specific thing - kind of the same thing as what I do at work, I've got to be good at alot of different things rather then just good at one thing. I like to think that my bump skills are equal to my gate skills which is equal to my powder skills which is equal to my tree skills which is equal to my blue ice carving skills. Heck, I ski on an all mountain ski and I want to be able to use it like it's designed to be used, for everything.

More then likely when I'm on the hill at Mount Snow on Sunday, after a couple of runs through the parks(or atleast the sides of the parks :) )/groomers, I'll be schlepping myself up to the top for atleast 1 (and if my energy level permits) a couple of runs down the corn bumps that I spent the majority of my time last Friday and Saturday lapping. Spring bumps are fun, but for me after 30 seasons of skiing, I am starting to realize that my knees need a few cruisers every now and then too if I want to still be skiing 30 years from now :)

That's great for you, but what about those of us that still prefer bumps rather than flats?

And once again I love the inference that us bumpers can't ski other things well and we're one trick ponies. Kinda like the seeded bumps only thing......it's getting old and nowhere near accurate.

Congrats on your 30th season.
