Beautiful day this morning. Already 49 here and mostly sunny. They groomed a swath down Steins last night so all you Cordroy Cruisers will love that. LOL Meetings until Noon and then I will be out. King Slug and Cdskier you guys going to be around? Maybe i will see you.

Already have a meeting at 1:30 my manager just forwarded me...so not looking good. Going to spend this afternoon packing and cleaning up things in my condo between calls.

I never knew there were condo's on Butternut Hill Road. I used to mountan bike down to there from from Clinic. That's not a bad location. Who is the property management company?

KMK. New downhill trail to Butternut Hill Road now - called Irene. Much better than waterfall route that is off limits to bikes now. Great location for mountain biking, will be even better when the Skinny Pancake mountain bike complex opens across the street. I will miss that more than proximity to skiing!

That's pretty nice...I like the pool and the fact that you have a mini-split too.
fwiw - that mini split is awesome. Linked to wifi, I control it and monitor temps in condo remotely. That thing will heat our entire unit to 50 degrees even when it is minus 20 outside. We turn it up on our way north so condo is toasty when we arrive. Then use propane wood stove when we are there. Mini Split is cheap to run and also have A/C in summer, which has been needed the past few years. Highly recommend one if you can install them at your place.

Yea...several people have started to install them in my complex and it is definitely something I'll probably start to consider at some point. If I used my place more in the summer, I'd likely be jumping on it already for the AC part. As is though, I'm lucky if I make it up once or twice in the summer. Too many other things usually going on...

Looks like an absolutely beautiful day out on the mountain. Just ran down to town to pick up lunch and beer to bring back to NJ. Wish I could make it out this afternoon for one final day, but it just isn't in the cards.

That was a good day KS. It was nice to meet you and Hovercraft. I figured I would eventually see you out there. Now that I know who you are I bet we will run into each other all the time.

Just a heads up; this place has nothing to do with Skinny Pancake other than the owner was a former partner. It will be a new restaurant. There will be no trail access from the hotel - only by Dave's shuttle.

Ya I never heard about a Skinny Pancake mountain bike complex either. Just the new way down to Butternut Hill road and the new bridge over the river to the Smoke house.
