carry on advocating for the extinction of an entire species in your signature though.
If I hadn't been here a while, these days I'd just assume AI.

We have the receipts. These were the exact words:
"Perhaps the person in charge of PCMR Operations is just really shitty at her job (PCMR is reknowned for DEI hires afterall)," You're obviously insinuating she's a DEI
Perhaps - adverb - used to express uncertainty
The painting, or lack thereof, is what unintentionally led to the DEI tangent!Wow made the mistake of checking in on his thread. Can’t someone report on a lift shack being painted or something? SUMMER IMPROVEMENTS. Leave the rest to some other forum.
I think the last couple of summers here have been pretty tame compared to previous years. It’s a positive trend, I’d say.Wow made the mistake of checking in on his thread. Can’t someone report on a lift shack being painted or something? SUMMER IMPROVEMENTS. Leave the rest to some other forum.
The alps are getting dumped on in mid September. That's a massive summer improvement. It's also topical, as they are northeast of most of us in this particular forum.
I wonder if this is in any relation to the Sahara turning green as can be seen from space? The alps are getting dumped on in mid September. That's a massive summer improvement. It's also topical, as they are northeast of most of us in this particular forum.

Unless they choose to turn that big wide boulevard into a few lanes with some sections of b-net to separate the race lane from the public lane somewhere near that new pipe and fans??I thought the whole purpose for the giant boulevard on the face was for racing. Adding pipe and fan towers negates the saftey improvements of removing that row of trees.
Great. Now replant at least a token row of trees to make it actually look like a ski resort and not a landfill.Catamount sent an email touting their snomaking improvements. I'll leave it to Newpy and others to dissect them and we can all kvetch about the football pitch on the front of the hill.
Enhanced Snow Coverage
To start, you can see by the aerial shots below that we are currently installing 3,000 feet of new water piping between the On-Stage and Catamount trails, this will be accompanied by the addition of mounted fan guns along this line that will significantly increase snow coverage on the face of the mountain.
New York Side Improvements
To enhance the snow making capabilities on the New York side of the mountain, we've replaced 3,600 feet of additional pipeline along with two new valve houses. These improvements will boost the reliability, efficiency, and effectiveness of our snowmaking efforts in this area allowing for a quicker opening of trails on the NY side of the mountain.
Increased Capacity
We have added three additional electric compressors to our system which will boost our overall snowmaking capacity.
Optimized Efficiency
To further optimize our snowmaking process, we are rearranging and relocating snow guns across the mountain and are replacing/adding new hydrants where needed. This strategic placement ensures maximum efficiency and coverage, allowing us to make the most of every snowmaking opportunity.
Meh.. a row or 2 of b-net will do the job, and not cause the snowmakers and groomers as many issues... signed a "professional" b-net setter and roller...Great. Now replant at least a token row of trees to make it actually look like a ski resort and not a landfill.
