I just had my second cig of this trip. Its to easy to bum off my sisters friend. But i figured i would have one for dhs. Alot of smokers get ciggy with it after a chew meal safety meeting intercourse sleep a massive dump or to celebrate that big promotion at work. For many people they will gain weight after they quit because nicatene curbs appetite. Also alot of smokers have an oral fixation and need something their mouths. As i sit here high on life and in a cigarette haze. Well maybe its the weed. I think about how much typing sucks on an iphone and how people here in virginia say golly. Fuck me

Mmmmm... had 4 beers and dinner. That's it today. Had to save room for the beer. ;) Sam Irish Red. Not bad. Back home and trying to get the kids in bed so we can have some quality time.

My day started with a nice breakfast of belgian waffles and fresh Michigan strawberries with Whipped cream, Yum!
Then we went to the lake to fix a few minor things on the boat hoist and put the boat in the water.
Hoist repairs did not go well, but we seized the opportunity to chill on the boat and take a few friends tubing.
I forgot that my belly was white and hadn't seen a bikini yet this summer so its a tad pink. :(
Came home in the afternoon to watch the Red Bud Nationals and have some steaks on the grill. Yum!

Today promises to be a bit dreary as I'm helping with a funeral luncheon.

Perhaps I'll salvage the day with a late afternoon bike ride.

Carrie, you need to get out on your bike!!!

I've been really jonesin to buy a mx bike. I sold my KX 250 to a friend a few years ago, it didn't bother me at all until this summer. It's almost as bad as my ski jones in the summer.

Is it far? Oh god yes! It's half way across the state,... ok it's 15 miles, but that's close! Had to get into a better school district for the kids.
