Terje is incredible! For those of you who haven't seen the movie "First Descent", check it out....Awesome film! Even if you're not a snowboarder, you'll like it as along as you have any interest what-so-ever in Alaska or backcountry. Even skiers seem to like this movie, even though the only skiers are the camera folks.

there is clearly only one person in the world that would have the balls to do that and the skills to walk away from it

That is just insane. It didn't even look like there was enough room to strap your board on up there.

Was that Shaun White talking about not messing up turns in a situation like that? What the heck would be know about it? lol

Unbelievable. Watching that I'm thinking to myself, "Just please don't wipe out, dude........". But it looked like he had it under control all but one minor section just before the big face. He had to scrape off some to get under control and then he was fine. Even way down low you could see him reach out and touch the wall for stability. That's sick steepness.

That takes a lot of balls. I wonder what it's like when the helicopter flies away and leaves you on that knife-edge? You're on your own then, for sure......

Easy...I could do that in my sleep.

That was very cool to watch. I would have been scared like crazy when the chopper flew away, or even being the pilot trying to land on that tiny spot.:-o

Damn snowboarders. He totally scraped off half that hill. When are they going to realize they screw up the slopes for everyone?

Seriously, though, that was pretty frickin' amazing.
