Seriously I hope the instructor was able to give a better description than that! I doubt they'll find the guy at this point anyway, they lost their chance when they weren't able to stop the lift in time...

How do you inconspicuosly carry a rifle around with you?
Hope they nab the guy (chances are he'll do something stupid again) and put him under the jail for being too stupid to associate with people.
