Resort or Ski Area: Titcomb Mountain and Saddleback Maine
Conditions: Powder and Packed Powder
Trip Report: We skied the goods from the recent snowstorm at both Titcomb Mountain and Saddleback this week. Overall, the quality of the snow was 'dense' but it was very fun once some skier traffic chopped it up.
Titcomb was a hoot. Small community hill (350 vert) in Farmington, Maine with diesel powered T-Bars. We decided any ski lift with a throttle fits the definition of 'awesome' in our book. Saddleback was fun too. We got to ski a bunch of trails we have not skied much all year. As long as the snow was chopped up it was great.
