True. I’m also thinking of the Monsters as being damp and durable. So far my Kores (87, 95ish) are great.

Love my Kore 93's and 105's.

you can just get regular alpine soles. thats what i did to avoid needing all new bindings when i got new boots

I like mine. I’m still getting used to them being so light but yet stable. I’m just used to having a lot of steel under my feet.

I need to look into this. I didn’t realize that the “Grip Walk” was such a big change. Maybe that’s why my older ski/binding combo is not working as great….

My toughest and favorite are my old Line Prophets. 400+ days minimal damage and they've been all over scratchy east coast woods.

Bit off topic. I ski with a crew that my daughter refers to as the AARP crew. At 50 I'm the youngest. Most are mid 60's and up. What I learned from them is how to be lighter on my feet. Helps my joints maybe it helps the skis as well.
