Tremblant mid December?

Thinking of booking a week at Tremblant for this December, 17-24. I and my girlfriend have a week off that time and for a $1000, we can get 7 nights/6 days of skiing in a slop side condo. Pretty good deal, I think. The question is, what kind of conditions we can expect mid-December? We do not want to fly out West and anything like Killington, Stowe, SR, etc will be more expensive. Also, I am assuming that, being much further up North, they should have better snow making conditions therefore most of their terrain be opened. Thoughts?
Thanks.
PS. Nervously waiting to see how our Thanksgiving ski getaway at Killington is going to unfold with no snow on the ground yet….

I'd go west but if ur limited to teh east i'd say Jay might be a better choice . Tremblant would be hit or miss whereas the Jay cloud may be in play
