And You can buy Skittles in the gift shop, I gather?

I mean, why would the top photo on the site be of, you know, the mountain?

I have one of those ski bikes in my garage - its from my youth - though both of the skis on the bike were broken during high speed jumps in the front yard! We never mounted up the skis you were supposed to wear on your feet.

Has anyone told Woodbury that the big red splotch that appears under the boarder on the front page may tend to give someone the wrong idea?

Oh my god, hands down that Woodbury map is the dumbest thing I've ever seen.Who in the company thought this was put together good? That is too funny.

agreed.....that thing is just the most ridiculous trailmap i've seen, but, ugliest? no. it's INSANE! part of me wouldn't mind going there just to see what kind of people ski there (is it near an institution?). not really.

whistler/blackcomb, though? that is UGLY. especially when you consider their marketing budget and the amount of money they probably spent on that P.O.S.

Trail Maps

Woodbury is an experience everyone needs in their skiing career. Rod is a genuine character and one helluva skier - National Downhill champ back in the 70s.

His trail map may be the ugliest but the funniest goes to Ski Brokeback where "Private lessons are offered to skiers who require undivided one-on-one attention from a specially trained escort". Trails are named:

Fairy Dust
Oz
Little Queen
Over the Rainbow
Peter Pan
Cruise'n the Woods
Easy Rider
Troller's
Rage
Wrangler's Run 8 Seconds
Striker
Ramrod
Stampede
Glory Hole
Bump Pump
