Notice the length of the bar allows me to comfortably rest the tip on the trunk while holding the rear handle.![]()
Meh, go for the 260... it's more money but you'll never regret it. The "Pro" model saws are really where it's at.
See, 24" is the smallest bar I've run on this saw, and that's with a full comp chain. I have a feeling she'd do well with a semi skip tooth at 28 or even 32". We might have to do that for a couple of trees I've got lined up this winter.
