I listened to a funny conversation (well, one guy doing 85% of the talking) on the tram the other day that started with the weather and went thru 4 wheel vs all wheel, ski boot flex, the value of top quality instruction, condo association fees and property taxes, traditional IRAs vs Roth IRAs and then back to the weather as the tram docked.
