Weather Pattern Change Starts with Thursday Storm

I hope. Models show moderate snow for Kton and other NE/Dack resorts for the late week storm. Much improved from 48 hours ago when they showed rain. Looks like a pattern change might follow, as teleconnections looking more favorable for late month. More sustained cold and snow finally on the horizon. Let's see if it pans out.

I thought it supposed to happen last week. Hell, Tuesday the 3rd was no better than 15 degrees out. Everyone was all "finally! Its here!"..... and then I'm clearing brush in a tshirt by Saturday. WTF? I'll believe it when I have seen it for at least a week.

Accuweather has been pretty good the past few years.

Sure, they swung and missed so far this season, but so has everybody else.

I sure hope they're right, I'm off the last week of January, going to Sugarbush, possibly elsewhere in VT too, if conditions are good. Fingers crossed. All will be forgotten if the stars align.

As of right now 1 report says rain for Cats other says rain/frz rain/sleet /snow for cats either one will suck
