How have crowds been on a typical Sat at Pats? Notice you have been quite a bit this season. I like the fact they have more open than Whaleback but I'd prefer to not stand in long lines to ski 700' of vert. Wonder how much extra volume they see tomorrow with the start of vacation week?

Start of vacation week + a little snow last night + a decent forcast that won't hinder people's travel to/from the slopes this weekend = the potential for some impressive crowds this weekend across many a ski area for sure. Might be a bit crazy negotiating our way down the slopes this weekend, but the ski areas themselves sure could use some BIG numbers these next 10 days or so, as i'm guessing that this March, unless some drastic changes happen to the weather pattern, more so than any March could very well see that traditional fall off in business levels happening even sooner than they typically do

And as weird as it sounds, maybe some of the truly fair weather skiers/riders will stay off the slopes this weekend since the appeal of playing golf or tennis or biking might be stronger that sliding down the hill this weekend

jrmagic - Think you've convinced me to add your hill to our itinerary next week! Looks like there are a lot of blue/green trails - how beginner/intermediate friendly is it?
